Machine Capabilities
Our shop is equipped with precision lasers, CNC routers, and professional UV printers, allowing us to cut, engrave, and print on a wide variety of materials with exceptional accuracy and consistency. This versatility enables us to produce everything from detailed cutouts and layered signs to vibrant printed graphics and large-scale banners efficiently and at scale.
Printers
We operate 2 Epson SureColor V7000 UV flatbed printers with a print capacity of 48" × 96", producing vibrant, high-resolution graphics with 10-color UltraChrome UV ink for exceptional color accuracy and minimal graininess. These printers allow us to print directly onto a wide range of materials up to 3.14" thick, ensuring consistent, high-quality results at true production speeds.
Routers
We operate 2 Multicam Apex3R CNC routers with a cutting capacity of 63" × 121", allowing us to handle large-format production and thicker materials with precision. These routers can cut materials up to 5" thick, including MDF, plywood, acrylic, plastic, foam, and light-gauge aluminum, making them ideal for structural components, dimensional signage, and specialty fabrication projects. Additionally, we operate 1 Laguna CNC router with a cutting capacity of 60" × 120", capable of accurately processing wood, plastics, foams, aluminum, and composite materials for a wide range of precision fabrication needs.
Lasers
We operate 7 Laguna SmartShop Laser machines with a cutting capacity of 52" × 100", allowing us to efficiently produce high volumes of precision-cut components. These lasers can cut up to 3/8" thick organic materials, including MDF, plywood, acrylic, plastic, leather, and select foam materials, ensuring clean edges and consistent results across a wide range of product applications.
