About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Multi Production Aid to support daily operations at Decor Brands, LLC. This role works across multiple stages of production to help ensure products are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities include staining, sanding, assembling, and packaging wood products, as well as cutting and preparing banners and event materials. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Highly hands-on and comfortable working in a production environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep work areas clean and efficient
Willing to assist in multiple stages of production, including staining, sanding, assembling, and packaging products
Comfortable cutting and preparing banners and event materials
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail
Able to stay on task and move efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and able to follow directions and processes accurately
