About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on CNC Machinist to join our team at Decor Brands, LLC. This role is responsible for operating CNC lasers, CNC routers, and UV printers to produce high-quality products in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, moving products through each stage of production, and navigating computer software to run and monitor machine programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working with both machinery and digital systems to ensure smooth and accurate production.
Requirements
CNC Machinist – Requirements
Experience operating CNC equipment in a production environment preferred
Familiarity with Coreo, LightBurn, and VCarve preferred
Willing to be hands-on with all aspects of production
Ability to lift and handle heavy materials safely
Comfortable sanding and finishing wood products as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Willing to properly use PPE and strictly follow all SOPs and safety guidelines
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
